Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch. Title to the goods passes once full payment has been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect details.
10. DELIVERY ISSUES AND CLAIMS
All delivery issues, including non delivery, damage, or shortages, must be reported in writing within 7 days of the dispatch date.
Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the claim being rejected.
We are not responsible for any claims raised outside of this period, including where courier claim windows have expired.
Where tracking confirms delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled.
We are not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the courier where the above reporting requirements have not been met.
11. RETURNS
All sales are final unless agreed in writing. We do not accept returns of used or opened items.
Any authorised returns must be unused and in original packaging.
12. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGN LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
