1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.regn-wholesale.co.uk and forms part of our business terms.

2. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY

All sales are made on a business to business basis. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

3. NO RETURNS POLICY

All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns for unwanted items, incorrect ordering, or change of mind.

4. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All orders must be checked on receipt.

Any issues including damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to info@regn.co.uk within 2 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the items and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the claim being rejected.

5. ASSESSMENT OF CLAIMS

All claims are subject to review. We may request additional information or images before making a decision.

Where appropriate, we will determine whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is offered. This will be at our discretion.

6. REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be considered for valid claims reported within the required timeframe and supported by sufficient evidence.

We do not offer refunds for claims submitted outside of the reporting window.

7. COURIER AND DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the courier where issues are not reported within the required timeframe.

Where tracking confirms delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled.
